This integral community tourism project needs volunteers to help in the following areas:

Design and publish promotional material
Guide tourists once in a while
Improve the product: train the guides, improve the paths,  search out new, exciting places to take tourists to (more chance of seeing animals, better for swimming, etc.)
Networking: make contacts with agencies in La Paz, nationally and internationally.
Contacts with the hotels in La Paz and Coroico.
Promote the idea of protecting the area and have it recognised as a municipal park.
Improve networking within and among the communities.
Organise FAM trips
Improve numbers of volunteers - make international contacts. e.g. with students studying tourism
Develop and promote packages in Coroico
Contact universities to do research into the history and biodiversity of the region
Improve the webpage
Administer the project and train others to take over
Teach English
Travel to strategic points in the country and around South America (Cuzco, Salta) to make contacts and promote the project
Ensure that the environmental impact of the project remains positive
