Transport

The following are the better BUS COMPANIES. All leave from Villa Fatima in La Paz next to the old petrol station (ex-gasolinera). All buses now use the new road – one way Bs. 15, 2.5 hours and leave around every ½ hour from 8:00 to 17:00.

PALMERAS         221 40 09
TOTAÍ                 221 65 92 or 715 02 894
YUNGUEÑA          221 35 13
TRANS TOTAÍ     221 16 16 or 719 07 791

The taxi drivers in Coroico will take you back to La Paz for around Bs. 350 and if you’re lucky when you go to the terminal the “people carrier” (seats 7) will take you for Bs. 25 per person – much quicker and more comfortable than a minibus (Bs. 15).

If you want to rent a vehicle call Ramiro Dorado 765 68 160

BUS TERMINAL
