“This company is just the middle man trying only connect us with bus company and local guide. They operate very irresponsible. We booked the tour for 7am on Monday and came to the bus stop 630am but no communication to tell us that we are pushed to 730am. The first communication happen at 715 while we are waiting for almost an hour in the cold. They don’t even answer the phone calls and blaming that we are boooking on Sunday and they are not working. Very bad exxuse. They shoved us on an overcrowded bus both ways and also did not even tell us there is delay in transport due…”
