“I have booked so many excursions here, I have traveled nearly 100 countries, all agencies contact us at least 1 day in advance giving details, info of each excursion, itinerary, nature of each activity, what to bring ,etc. This agency never contacted me, evening contacted them 4 times. When I arrived there, I just knew from the guide that we have to hike for 3hours+ on 5000 altitude, and super cold, I didn't have the hiking shoes, the high altitude medication and the warm clothes. And we didnt have time to have lunch before the hike. Very bad service from the agency.”

“The tour guide was very serious about the introduction and the driver was very dedicated and responsible for driving, but the roads were rugged and difficult for the next two days, and the car was a bit tired. The car was a bit old, and the sealing was not good, and there was often wind and sand running into the car.”
