“The tour was an unorganized disaster from start to finish. 1) tour operator never contacted me ahead of time to coordinate details of the trip nor did they respond to my message asking to confirm pickup time and location. 2) Tour operator was 1.5 hours late picking me up. 3) Tour operator did not take the group to Puma Punku because the tour was running late due to the fact that the pick-up was mishandled. 4) Tour operator dropped me off at a different location than I was picked up at and had to walk 20 minutes back to the original pick-up point. The one location I wanted to visit…”
