“I’m very glad I did this tour but I sort of wish I would have done it with another company. The pros; friendly guide and driver, okay vehicle, food and accommodation. The accommodation on day two was a cozy hut shared between three people. No hot water in the shower which was a bit annoying after spending the whole day on the salt flats and all you want is a shower! The last accommodation is a dorm for 6 people, also cozy. None of the rooms had any outlets to charge phones etc. food was okay during the tour, very basic but filling. I hade ordered vegan food but got…”

“Unprofessional service, think twice before booking (especially if Chile is your end stop) While the salt flats and the other stops on the way were beautiful, we had an unfortunate experience with the company where we ended up not receiving the full tour that we paid for, paying extra for them to take us to another border as the border was closed (after a lot of arguing with them, they wanted to leave us at the boarder without any pickup originally) and more incidents that highlighted the unprofessionalism of the Joker Expedition operators. This could happen to you as well, especially if you are planning to end in Chile.”

“A beleza do cenário é o ponto alto do tour, que visitou os locais essenciais. O condutor foie excelente. Pontos negativos: 1) O Ponto de encontro do tour foi marcado en uma rua, sem informarem a número ou o nome da agencia; chegando no local descrito, ninguem sabía do tour. Somente 1h antes da salida do tour, recebemos outro local para a saida do tour. 2) As botas impermeables para andar no salar inundado só nos foram entregues muito depois, quando já estavámos com os calçados molhados... 3) No 1° alojamento, com banheiro privativo, nos cobraram as toallas e o papel higienico. 4) O veículo tinha o para-brisa trincado, inexistia…”
